403: It Means Forbidden; the server understood the request and then it refusing to fulfill it.

404: An Error Message Reminding the miswritten URL or the Page as deleted from Server.About.com: Largely Internet Directory founded in 1996, acquired in March 2005 by "The New York Times Company".

410: It means the requested document is “intentionally gone” and no longer available in a forwarding address, it is similar to 404 errors

500: It is error message from an internal server which has prevented the document from being fulfilled.

501: When the server has not recognize anything matching the document request. So server is not capable of fulfilling the request which was “Not Implemented”

Hubs and Authorities: Hub and authorities is a central connection to the all systems by which all incoming and outgoing links are calculated.
