Google Webmaster Tools Geographic Target Settings: If the website targeting particular geographical visitors, the Google Webmaster Tools Settings will help the Google search engine to displays its search engine results (SERP).
To Set the Google Webmaster Tools Geographic Settings:
A) Sign into Google Webmaster Tools with your Google Account.
B) Click the Website URL you want to set the setting.
C) Click on Settings.
D) Under the Geographic target, select the geographic location you want to target.
Google Webmaster Tools Preferred Domain Settings (www or non-www): Preferred domain means, Google search engine index the page from specific domain name. For example, if you want to index the pages with these particular domains (http://www.bipsum.com/) or (http://bipsum.com/).
Google Webmaster Tools Image Search Settings: The website owner or webmaster want to index the images from their site, use the image search settings in the Google webmaster tools.
Google Webmaster Tools Crawl Rate Settings: The Google crawl rate affects the speed of Google bot's requests during the crawl process but crawl rate does not effect on how often Google bot crawls your web site. Google search engine determines the recommended rate based on the number of pages in your site.
